How much does a Disney-branded hotel cost?
A Disney-owned hotel in Orlando could cost as much as $9 million to build, according to documents released by the company.
The documents were filed by the Orlando City Football Club and show that the property has a gross annual value of $1.5 million.
That number includes a $2 million security deposit.
The team said the team would sell the property to pay off its debts.
Orlando City FC is in the final stages of negotiating a $4.4 million lease for a renovated Orlando hotel in Downtown.
The club, however, is seeking to keep the property and has yet to be able to find an agreement with the city.
The Orlando City stadium, which is scheduled to open in 2020, has been plagued by problems with the hotel.
It was the site of numerous incidents, including one fatal shooting, including an attempted robbery in December.
The city has since approved a plan to replace the venue with a $1 billion mixed-use development.
