Which is better: The glass hotel or the glass condo?
Posted by Hacker News team on Saturday, September 21, 2018 15:22:51In the last year, we’ve seen a whole slew of glass condo developments in Vancouver, and while some of them are amazing in terms of the aesthetic, the reality is that a lot of them fail in terms on the social aspect.
For example, I had a really great experience in the glass building at the intersection of Pine and Fraser Streets that is a great example of an apartment building in the downtown core that offers a lot more privacy and a much lower profile than a lot to many condos.
We’ve seen similar developments in other cities, such as the new condo developments at the new hotel at Cambie and Sherbourne Streets.
This has been a trend that I think has been building for some time, and I think this is something that will continue to grow and grow.
We have seen a lot in Vancouver lately that is designed for luxury, but is not actually designed to be the best thing for your money.
In many cases, it is a very nice building that’s been designed with high standards of aesthetic, but doesn’t actually offer much for the money.
But what we have seen is the glass condos are becoming increasingly popular in the city.
In fact, the last two months, there’s been a lot going on in the condo industry in Vancouver that has really caught our eye.
The glass condo boom in Vancouver has been on a roll, with the average condo price increasing by almost 50 per cent since 2015, with an average condo priced at over $1 million.
I think that this trend will continue for a while.
And for me personally, I think it’s great to see that there are people in Vancouver who are really interested in getting into this new world of glass condos.
They’re going to be seeing some really great, amazing, beautiful places that have been built that have really high standards for design and aesthetic.
There’s also some really good deals to be had on these condos.
One thing that I really like about glass condos is that they’re so different from other types of condos, because there’s no floor space.
The units are designed so that there’s a very specific space that you can walk in and be in, which makes them really appealing for people who like to live in smaller spaces, and they can also get some great amenities, including a laundry and a gym and a pool.
And I think a lot people like this because they have very high standards that are not really reflected in the other types.
It is something I think is really going to get really popular in Vancouver.
Another thing that has caught our attention lately is the idea of using micro-apartments.
There have been a number of micro-unit developments in recent years, and it’s a great idea to use these as an alternative to a lot the condos that are currently out there.
There are a lot, many, many micro-units, and in my opinion, micro-boutiques are a really good way to bring people into the market for micro-condos.
There is a lot that you have to learn about the technology, about the space that is used, about how to operate the space.
So micro-housing is an exciting idea that has been around for a very long time.
The other thing that really caught my eye is the concept of condos as a community resource, or as an area that people can go to and have a social space.
And that’s a really exciting concept, because in the real estate world, condos as community resource units are very rare.
The only ones that are really used in the industry are in the outer suburbs, like Red Deer or the Fraser Valley, or the Downtown Eastside.
And micro-pairs are really important for the urban development of Vancouver, because it allows for a lot less waste in the neighbourhood, which is really a great thing.
It also gives people a chance to get to know each other and have social interactions, which can be very important for any kind of social group.
And we really like the idea that condos are going to start to be more and more popular.
For people who are looking for a condo to live near, they should definitely start looking into micro-couples and micro-properties in Vancouver right now.
